Crosby® Turnbuckle, series: HG-228, Jaw/Jaw End/End, 1-1/2 in Thread dia, 21400 lb Working, 18 in Take Up, 39.68 in Close Length, Steel, Hot Dipped Galvanized.
Features
- End fittings are quenched and tempered or normalized, bodies heat treated by normalizing
- Forged jaw ends are fitted with bolts and nuts for 1/4 in through 5/8 in and pins and cotters on 3/4 in through 2-3/4 in sizes
- Modified UNJ thread on end fittings for improved fatigue properties
- Body has UNC threads
- Importantly, these turnbuckles meet other critical performance requirements including fatigue life, impact properties and material traceability, not addressed by ASME B30.26
