Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Orders will be shipped based on the customer’s requested shipping method. All orders over $250 and shipped within the contiguous United States will be eligible for free Home Delivery. This excludes Priority Shipping and products that need to be shipped via freight.

For international customers, Empire Rigging will ship to freight forwarders within the contiguous United States. All transportation costs from the United States to the final international destination are the responsibility of the customer.

Transit Times

Transit times will vary depending on the selected shipping method, destination, and package weight. Estimated delivery time will be provided with your shipping cost. Orders with all in-stock items are generally processed and shipped within 48 hours. Expedited orders (Next Day or Second Day) placed after 12 pm EST may not be processed until the following business day. Please note that Next Day orders placed on a Friday before 12 pm EST will typically be delivered on the following Monday, as standard carrier services do not deliver on weekends.

For items not currently in stock, shipping timelines will depend on the manufacturer’s availability. Empire will make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible.

Packaging

All orders are packaged appropriately for shipment at no additional cost. If special packaging beyond standard packaging is required, customers will be notified of any additional charges prior to shipment.

Hazardous Materials

Orders containing hazardous materials may require special packaging, labeling, and documentation in accordance with applicable transportation regulations. Any additional costs associated with these requirements will be communicated to the customer and included in the shipping quote.

Compliance with Export Administration Regulations (EAR)

Empire Rigging is 100 percent committed to compliance with the United States and all foreign government’s laws and regulations. Be aware that there are certain restrictions (based on goods, locations and/or parties) that may delay or prevent shipping to certain countries due to trade regulations and restrictions.

End-user Disclosure Order Requirements

If you are placing an order and will forward it to another party, entity or company, it is Empire's policy that the end-user of the item must be reported when you place the order.

In compliance with the Export Administration Regulations, a shipment cannot be diverted to an entity or location that is prohibited by the US government. There are multiple screenings that are required on each individual order and the end-user must be screened as well.

Return Policy

If you need to cancel an order that does not include custom sling fabrication, you may do so prior to shipment. If an order does need to be returned, you may return new items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Slings and other made-to-order products are final sale and are not returnable.

To return items, sign in to your account and click on the return items link. There you will be able to request a return form. You then will receive a confirmation email that Empire Rigging has received your request. Please allow two (2) business days for return requests to be processed.

After 30 days, items may be eligible for coverage under the manufacturer’s warranty. Customers should contact the manufacturer directly for warranty information and coverage details.
