Description
Enerpac® nut splitter power head, double-acting, NSPH series, for use with: NSH41/NSH42 NSH series hydraulic nut splitter cutting heads, specifications: 4-1/4 to 5-3/8 in hexagon nut range, 2-3/4 to 3-1/2 in bolt range, 67 in³ oil capacity, 10,000 psi maximum operating pressure, 195 ton maximum cutting force.
Features
- Designed to fit standard BS/ANSI flanges
- Blade positioning scale to eliminate bolt damage
- The power head can be adjusted to pre-set the blade cutting distance in order to prevent damage to the bolt thread as the nut is cut
- The blade positioning scale can be used with the following bolt and nut forms - unified bolt threads with heavy series hexagon nuts, metric bolt threads with standard series hexagon nuts
- Adjustable cutting depth
- Ergonomically designed and positioned handle
- Interchangeable power heads with cutting blade
- Double-acting power head for subsea operation
- Nut splitters include spare chisel, spare set screw and wrench used to secure the chisel
- CR400 and CH604 couplers standard
- Maximum allowable hardness to split is ASTM A194 grade 2H
- Not to be used on square nuts or stainless steel
