Crosby® Anchor Shackle, series: G-209A, 3.33 ton Load, 1/2 in Size, 0.63 in Pin dia, Screw Pin, 1.88 in Inner Length, 1.31 in Inner Width, 0.81 in Opening, 1.19 in Eye Outer, 3.28 in OAL, 2.69 in OAW, Forged Alloy Steel Body, Alloy Steel Pin, Hot Dipped Galvanized.
Features
- Forged alloy steel - quenched and tempered, with alloy pins
- Working load limit permanently shown on every shackle
- Shackles can be furnished proof tested with certificates to designated standards, such as ABS, DNV, Lloyds or other certification
- Approved for use at -40 to 204 deg C
- Meets or exceeds all requirements of ASME B30.26 including identification, ductility, design factor, proof load and temperature requirements
- Importantly, these shackles meet other critical performance requirements including fatigue life, impact properties and material traceability, not addressed by ASME B30.26
- Capacities 2 - 21 metric tons
- Meets performance requirements of grade 8 shackles
- Load rated
- +/-0.13 in L tolerance
