Crosby® Anchor Shackle, series: G-209A, 18 ton Load, 1-1/4 in Size, 1.38 in Pin dia, Screw Pin, 4.69 in Inner Length, 3-1/4 in Inner Width, 2.03 in Opening, 3 in Eye Outer, 8-1/4 in OAL, 6.16 in OAW, Forged Alloy Steel Body, Alloy Steel Pin, Hot Dipped Galvanized.
Features
- Forged alloy steel - quenched and tempered, with alloy pins
- Working load limit permanently shown on every shackle
- Shackles can be furnished proof tested with certificates to designated standards, such as ABS, DNV, Lloyds or other certification
- Approved for use at -40 to 204 deg C
- Meets or exceeds all requirements of ASME B30.26 including identification, ductility, design factor, proof load and temperature requirements
- Importantly, these shackles meet other critical performance requirements including fatigue life, impact properties and material traceability, not addressed by ASME B30.26
- Capacities 2 - 21 metric tons
- Meets performance requirements of grade 8 shackles
- Load rated
- +/-0.25 in L tolerance
- +/-0.06 in W tolerance
